Description

Wonderful scenery, food and time to paint with Norinka Ford
Taught by Norinka Ford

Norinka says: “The course is for all who want to learn the basics of watercolour painting but don’t know where to begin.
I will show you what materials you will need, what paints, brushes and paper to use.
You will learn how to set up a palette with colours and how to familiarise yourself with different techniques such as wet on wet and wet on dry. You will be shown the basic methods in mixing paints with water to obtain shades of dark and light. For those who wish, I can also include some workshops on other water based paints such as guache and acrylic.
The course aims to unlock your creativity and give you the confidence and freedom to start painting by yourself. It will teach you to see the beauty of the Italian landscape through artists eyes.
For students of an intermediate level I’m happy to take things to a higher level of expertise.”
