The menu’s are all based on traditional and local Italian recipe’s: locally sourced ingredients, simple and wholesome.
Please be kind enough to mention any food allergies.
The province of Parma – in Emilia-Romagna – is noted for Prosciutto (Parma Ham) and Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan Cheese).
We also go into town for meals and one day you may have a gourmet picnic lunch.
The red and white wine we serve you is locally produced.
